What Healing Looks Like Here

Not just services—this is soul-tending, nervous system-soothing, life-shifting care.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support rooted in safety, trust, and deep compassion. Together, we’ll gently explore the impact of trauma—without rushing and without judgment. This is a space to unlearn survival mode, reconnect with your body, and begin healing at your own pace.

I offer therapy across all 42 PSYPACT states. Check if your state is listed here.

Group Therapy

Family Trauma Group

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. In this therapist-led group space, you’ll connect with others who get it—people who are also navigating trauma, identity, and growth. Through shared stories, support, and skill-building, you’ll feel less alone, more seen, and reminded that community can be part of the cure.

EMDR Therapy

Some memories don’t stay in the past—and your body keeps the score. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps you gently process stuck trauma, so it no longer runs on a loop beneath the surface. You don’t have to retell every detail—just enough for your brain and nervous system to release what it’s been holding. Together, we’ll create a steady, supportive space to help you move from survival into deeper healing.

Whether it’s a big trauma or a thousand little ones, EMDR helps your nervous system find relief and create new, more grounded ways of being. It’s not about erasing your past—it’s about finally feeling free from it.
