Because healing is work—and your growth is worth investing in

We offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer your questions, discuss your goals, and see if Therapy Cove feels like the right fit. Just reach out and let’s meet where you’re at.

Ready when you are!

  • $325

This is our first deep dive together — a chance to get to know your story, your needs, and how we can best support your healing journey.

  • $245

Our most booked appointment. Each session is 45 minutes long and tailored to your unique needs, combining trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care.

  • $300

Sometimes 45 minutes just isn’t enough— and that’s okay. This extended session offers more time to slow down, go deeper, and really sit with what’s coming up. Whether you’re moving through something heavy or just need extra space, this hour is fully yours. This can be weekly or as needed.

Like most providers who do this deep, specialized work, I don’t take insurance directly. Paying out-of-pocket gives you the space to keep your care private, confidential, and fully focused on what feels right for you.

I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

What Can I Expect Next?

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel big—and that’s totally normal. Here’s how we’ll walk through it together:

  1. Initial Consultation – Free
We’ll start with a brief, no-pressure conversation to answer your questions, get a sense of your needs, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

  2. Reach Out & Schedule Your Intake
If we both agree that we are a good fit, you’ll book your initial 60-minute session, where we’ll listen to your story, understand where you’re at, and figure out how to best support your healing journey.

  3. Show Up as You Are
No need to prepare or perform. This is your space to be seen, heard, and understood—mind, body, and soul.

  4. We Build Your Healing Plan Together
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll collaborate to tailor your care, blending trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based tools that feel right for you.

  5. Keep Moving Forward at Your Own Pace
Healing isn’t linear. Some days are easier, some are harder—and that’s okay. We’re here to support you through all of it, every step of the way.

Cancellation Policy

Your time and energy matter—and so does mine. To honor the work we’re doing together and hold space for others who may need it, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice (or missed entirely) will be charged the full session fee—unless we’re able to reschedule within the same calendar week. I get that life can be unpredictable—just reach out as soon as you can. No judgment, just mutual respect.

Healing is one of the most important investments you can make—because when you show up for yourself, everything else begins to shift.
