I'm an immigration, criminal defense, and family law attorney, and I built Welch Gonzalez PLLC on a simple belief: justice is earned through dedication, experience, and relentless advocacy. I've argued and won twice in the First Circuit Federal Appeals Court on immigration law. In 2019, the Boston Globe featured one of my asylum victories on the front page; a case about a woman fleeing violence whose entire future was on the line. That case, like every case I take, was about a real person. That's never lost on me.
